A leading international financial services organisation are looking to recruit into their Employee Relations team on an initial interim basis. This is an initial 3 month contract based in London.


The main objective is to manage the ER cases and provide advice and support to HR Business Partners and People Managers.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Support, advise and coach managers with a variety of employee relations issues
  • Provide case management of people related issues including absence management, performance management, flexible working appeals, redundancies, grievances
  • Manage appeals from start to finish, documenting everything needed for investigations
  • Document investigatory findings and conclusions
  • Provide advice, support and guidance to managers on applying HR policy and procedures
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Work closely with in-house legal advisors


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in financial services is desirable
  • Experience working within a regulated and fast paced organisation
  • full end to end ER case management experience
  • Experience running employee consultation processes
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience working in a specialist Employee relations role is highly desirable


Based in the London office, this is an initial 3 month interim contract to start as soon as possible (pending completion of background checks).
