Company Overview:

We are working with a prestigious, US-headquartered, global law firm who have a reputation for excellence. With offices around the world, they pride themselves on their collaborative culture and dedication to fostering talent. This well-established law firm are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their London office and play a key role in supporting their business services teams.


Role Summary:

As a Senior HR Manager, you will work closely with the Head of HR to oversee performance management processes and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions. You will proactively build strong relationships with business service managers and directors, provide support and advice on strategy and operational matters, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and projects.


Desired Skills and Experience

* Solid Senior HR Management experience, ideally gained within the legal sector.

* Expertise in performance management and operations.

* Outstanding organisational and communication skills, along with proven leadership capabilities.

* Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.

* Previous experience managing and developing employees.

* Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

* Strong customer focus and ability to always maintain confidentiality and diplomacy.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to present information clearly using data.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel.

* Bachelor's degree required; CIPD Level 7 qualification is advantageous.
