As a Freelance Account Director - Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, identify suitable influencers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, results-driven campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of social media, and a proven track record in managing influencer partnerships.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing goals and providing strategic guidance on influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Identify and engage with suitable influencers across various platforms, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.


MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Account Director, Influencer Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Traackr, AspireIQ, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
