  • Build client relationships: Establish a solid partnership with clients, comprehending their objectives and ensuring our work enhances their social goals.
  • Manage client needs: Handle client requests promptly, collaborate across markets with various stakeholders, and ensure accurate responses to all requirements.
  • Proactively engage in client development: Collaborate with the Client Partner to capitalize on new opportunities enthusiastically.
  • Show social media expertise: Master available social platforms to reach your client's audience effectively and provide valuable insights.
  • Demonstrate organization and autonomy: Efficiently manage projects, communicate feedback, changes, and deliverables clearly and promptly.
  • Display financial proficiency: Assist the Client Partner in crafting proposals and have a foundational understanding of financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Available to work full-time from June to the end of August
  • Demonstrable account management experience with a focus on social media marketing or social engagement
  • Experience serving multi-market clients
  • Current knowledge of social networks and trends
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications
