About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Technical Administrator to join our team in Port Dundas, Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and robust IT and systems knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to technical teams.Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and technical reviews.Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.Assist in the implementation and optimisation of administrative systems and processes.Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrator.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and database management.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will be paid weekly through an efficient online timesheet process and will also receive expert advice from a Hays consultant providing support and guidance throughout the duration of your contract. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and gain hands on experience in a large and busy working environment. You will receive bespoke in-house training and will be closely guided to your success
