This is the perfect role for someone passionate about social listening and storytelling, who wants to grow, learn, and shape their skills further. You should already have a foundation in the usual tools, but what’s most important is your curiosity in human behavior and passion for finding trends and patterns in digital spaces.


  • 6-month fixed term contract, with the view to transfer permanently
  • Hybrid working in London (not negotiable)


As a Junior Insight Analyst, you will:

  • Identify key audiences and where they spend their time to inform the planning of campaigns
  • Analyse social media data and other data sources to unlock audience insights to inform campaign strategy and creative work
  • Create periodic reports on emerging trends and develop ways for clients to tap into these trends and inform content on the fly
  • Produce post-campaign performance reports


You will need:

  • 1+ years of experience with social listening tools, from query writing to presenting insights
  • Proficiency in campaign performance reporting, with a clear understanding of the role that each key performance metric has in assessing success
  • Strong interest in human behavior and passion for finding trends and patterns in the digital space
  • Some experience with consumer research databases (for example, GWI) and ideally search data tools
