Company Overview:

Tiro is partnering with a leading fintech company that is seeking to onboard a skilled Technical Business Analyst on a contractual basis. This role is essential in supporting and enhancing the ongoing integration of data between the client’s platform and their clients' systems. The contract is offered on a 3-month rolling basis.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Integration Leadership: Drive and manage the integration processes for key client projects, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to integration processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.

- Technology Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions aligned with client requirements.

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and training to ensure high satisfaction levels.

- Software Delivery: Partner with developers to deliver software solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.


Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in a technical business analyst position.

- Industry Background: Proven experience in the fintech industry or a similar field.

- Integration Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading integration projects from initial specification through to development, testing, and production deployment.

- Systems Integration Expertise: Strong background in delivering complex integrations and migrations between diverse systems.

- API Proficiency: Solid experience with internal APIs and API integrations.
