Key Responsibilities


Server Administration and Maintenance

  • Oversee and optimize servers for peak performance and reliability.
  • Execute system updates, security patches, and configurations.
  • Proactively monitor server health and swiftly resolve any alerts.


Technical Support

  • Flexibly deliver 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to tackle technical challenges.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for our users.
  • Log, document, and track support requests for seamless resolutions.


SQL Server Management

  • Build and troubleshoot SQL Server queries with precision.
  • Create SQL Server reports that empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance database performance and ensure robust database security.


Backup Management

  • Design and oversee backup solutions using VEEAM.
  • Test and refine recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
  • Uphold compliance with backup policies and best practices.
