As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving account growth, increasing revenue, and delivering outstanding customer interactions. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, overseeing every job from initial estimate through to production, despatch, and invoicing. Our fast-paced environment offers numerous opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their work flows through the business on time and to the correct quality.
  • Job Oversight:
    Manage jobs from initial estimate to production, despatch, and invoicing.
  • Growth Identification:
    Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and increased revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Stay updated on print technologies and industry trends to provide informed advice and solutions.
  • Quoting & Order Processing:
    Provide prompt and accurate quoting and order processing.
  • Customer Service:
    Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships and driving repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    Print account management/estimating experience with MIS systems.
  • Skills:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented and organised mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge:
    Understanding of various print technologies and materials.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
