Join a leading Global Specialty Insurer as a Catastrophe Modelling Analyst

Role Overview:

  • Deliver cutting-edge analytics for the Binder Property class.
  • Provide technical support and exposure management to underwriters.
  • Influence risk selection through close collaboration with underwriting teams.
  • Ensure timely modelling analytics to support risk pricing and Catastrophe Management goals.


Qualifications:

  • Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in Cat Modelling; Binder experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL; RMS experience advantageous.
  • Understanding of regulatory expectations and Group submissions.
  • Excellent communication skills for influencing and negotiating.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills; Power BI experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of VBA, .NET, R, Python, or ArcGIS is a plus.
