Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Delegate Executive to join our team for the Global Games Show, an industry-leading event that connects innovators, developers, and stakeholders in the gaming ecosystem. The Delegate Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective delegates, ensuring high attendance rates, and creating a seamless experience for event participants. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Delegate Recruitment: Identify and engage potential delegates through research, outreach, and effective communication strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with delegates to ensure their participation and satisfaction.
- Event Promotion: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote the event, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of delegate information in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist delegates with registration, travel arrangements, and other event-related queries to provide a seamless experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from delegates post-event to understand areas for improvement and maintain long-term engagement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sponsorship, operations, and content to align delegate activities with the event’s goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, delegate management, or a similar role (preferably in the gaming or technology industry).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
