We are delighted to announce a new position which has arisen to join the team. The role will consist of providing Quantity Surveying services for 2 well established clients to assist with general day to day tasks. Location based in East Kent with a competitive salary. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience and willing to travel for an office based role.


Job roles include (but not limited to the following):-


  • Assisting with the commerical day to day running of Sub-Contractor Clients.
  • Reviewing Sub-Contract Orders and Collateral Warranties.
  • Raising and Tracking Variations on multiple projects.
  • Carrying out measures from drawings and on-site.
  • Submitting Valuations as and when required.
  • Assisting the on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveor.
