Job Title: Architect/Interior Designer

Location: London (EC2)

Package: Up to £60K plus commission package (1 day a week from hom)

Job Summary:

Whitepaperco is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office design and possess excellent creative, technical and communication skills, and have a passion for innovative and sustainable design solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion.
  • Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed designs and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to oversee project execution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. (Ideally Part 3 qualified)
  • Minimum 6 years experience of office design
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Revit would be an added bonus
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent creative, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous architectural work.
