The Job

As the Engagement Marketing Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Report to the Engagement Marketing Lead, ensuring campaigns are set up, tested, and performing as expected.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver engaging, market-leading campaigns and support key messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and post-campaign services, ensuring proper implementation and delivery across all channels.
  • Source images and write briefs to create captivating creative solutions.
  • Propose new ideas, hypotheses, and testing opportunities to increase revenue and data-driven opportunities.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to capitalize on and resolve quickly.
  • Set up, test, and monitor all campaigns to ensure optimization, compliance, and readiness.
  • Adhere to compliance processes and monitor outputs to maintain a Best Practice compliance record.
  • Report on campaigns and provide feedback to key stakeholders for necessary adjustments.

You

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role managing engagement campaigns
  • Hands on experience with CRM platforms
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills are required (data-driven mindset)
