What you'll be doing...

  • Working closely with an assigned financial planner to prepare and maintain client files, recommendations and financial plans.
  • Carrying out technical calculations and research to support your financial planner.
  • Preparing clear, accurate and compliant financial plans and suitability reports as per the advice process.
  • Implementing the recommendations and actions agreed with the clients.
  • Preparing and coordinating review documentation for the clients.
  • Communicating with clients and providers by telephone, email and in-person.
  • Observing client meetings, preparing notes and helping deliver the advice service to clients.
  • Doing whatever else comes along; we're a small firm and we all need to muck in.
