An opportunity has arisen for a procurement professional to join a transport company in the West Midlands. As Procurement Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, from securing critical services to driving procurement strategies that deliver real value.


The role

  • Lead procurement efforts, ensuring that contracts are aligned with operational goals
  • Collaborate with functional leads to develop a forward-looking procurement plan
  • Manage the Contracts Library, ensuring all contracts are correctly assigned
  • Build relationships with third-party vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Produce a monthly procurement report that highlights risks and plans for the future
