The Opportunity:

Reporting into senior leadership, join as the first dedicated sales hire focussing on mid-market and larger opportunities.


Take leads from marketing, sit demos, manage the sales process and close deals At the end of the day, your numbers will do the talking


Working closely with the wider sales & marketing function, this is a lead fed sales opportunity where you will need to be absolutely confident of pipeline management, stakeholder engagement and sales process management.


These guys already have a superb track record at SME and smaller Mid-Market, but want someone totally aware of the challenges presented by larger, longer tail deals. As this team develops, there is absolutely the opportunity to develop into a more Team Lead aligned role


The Ideal Candidate:

  • A pure sales hunter with experience in a high-paced SaaS sales environment.
  • You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage company
  • A track record of closing deals with values in excess of £30k in sales cycles that can range from 2 – 5 months and delivering against a $1mil revenue quota.
  • Curious, disciplined, and consultatively oriented with strong networking skills.
  • Real gravitas – we want someone that can own whatever situation they are in
  • Confidence, self-awareness and a little ego (It’s not a bad thing)
  • A keen learner Someone that is always looking to be better
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


The Package

  • Basic salary up to £75k, double OTE and uncapped Comms.
  • 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, birthdays off and volunteering days.
