We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator on behalf of our client. The role involves supporting the Systems Manager in maintaining accurate inventory, pricing, and allocations within reservation and associated systems, while providing exceptional user support.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Input and maintain accurate data within systems.
  • Assist in developing, enhancing, and testing system functionalities.
  • Oversee the development of new systems.
  • Aid in testing website and system enhancements.
  • Train users on new developments and produce user manuals.
  • Collaborate with Managers and the IT team on data changes.
  • Ensure accuracy of all system inputs and outputs.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers for information.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Duties:

  • Input product and pricing details.
  • Manage allocations.
  • Maintain supplier and agent details.
  • Produce reports, statistics, and charts.
  • Generate accurate system documentation.
  • Establish and maintain API connections with third-party systems.
  • Assist with data input to the CMS.


Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
  • Experience with API management.
  • Effective use of CMS.
  • Accurate data input with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.


Beneficial Skills:

  • Experience with Tourplan.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming.
