IT Systems Administrator

My client, a market leader is looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join them. This role supports the IT Systems Manager in maintaining accurate inventory, pricing, and allocations within their systems and provides exceptional user support. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate data within both online and offline systems.
- Assist in developing, enhancing, and testing system functionalities.
- Aid in testing developments and enhancements to our websites and systems.
- Oversee the development of new systems.
- Assist in training users on new developments and produce user manuals.
- Collaborate with managers and the IT team on website/systems data changes.
- Ensure the accuracy of all inputs and outputs from our systems.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers to obtain relevant information.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
You'll need:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in SQL programming language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
- Experience with API management.
- Demonstrated ability to use CMS effectively.
- Experience with Tourplan is an advantage.
- Accurate data input with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a determination to produce results in a pressurized work environment.
