Role: German Speaking Associate TA Partner


Type: Ongoing Temporary (minimum 6 months contract)


Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Central London office, 2 days from home


Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Pay rate: £15.50 - £16.00 per hour

About the Role:

As a German Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from London’s office(3 days) and remotely(2 days).


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle

- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

- Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports


Who are you:

- Fluency in German (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)

- A confident, bubbly, and great communicator

- A strong desire to learn and succeed
