Job description


Our Client, based north of Aberdeen is on the look out for a Customer Success Executive You will be responsible for handling inbound sales enquiries, providing exceptional service to customers. The primary role will involve receiving and responding to sales calls and emails, raising quotes, following up on enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound sales enquiry calls from receptionist and fulfil customer needs.
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiry emails, providing comprehensive information and assistance.
  • Raise accurate quotes and advise prices based on customer requirements, while ensuring all necessary details are logged.
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries to address any concerns, provide additional information, and close sales.
  • Ensure timely response to all enquiries, aiming to respond within 2 hours but never exceeding 24 hours.
  • Offer sound advice and technical knowledge about our products and systems to guide customers effectively.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize the potential of each enquiry.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Maintain a good level of technical knowledge about all products and systems offered.
  • Price customers intelligently, balancing customer needs with maintaining margins.
  • Log all enquiries accurately on the CRM for effective follow-up and future reference.
  • Expedite the processing of orders by promptly passing them to the fulfilment team.
  • Ensure all necessary details are recorded for orders to ensure accuracy and smooth processing.


Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills to manage quotes, enquiries, and orders
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and computer software for sales order processing.
  • Flexibility to attend weekly sales meetings and daily team huddles for effective communication and collaboration.
