Roles + Responsibilities

  • Conduct Planned Maintenance – Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance of all production machinery.
  • Troubleshoot Equipment Issues – Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues quickly to minimise disruption to production lines.
  • Implement Process Improvements – Work with the engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and make adjustments to equipment and processes.
  • Ensure Health & Safety Compliance – Adhere to company and regulatory safety standards, performing risk assessments and ensuring safe operation of machinery.
  • Support Production Operations – Collaborate with production staff to ensure equipment readiness and assist with setup and configuration for various products.
  • Document and Report Maintenance Activities – Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, updating the maintenance management system as needed to ensure clear communication and regulatory compliance.
