CNC Machinist Technician

Service Engineer - The Role

Due to our recent expansion, we require a very enthusiastic individual to join us as an engineer in Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire/Herefordshire/West Midlands/Warwickshire/Northamptonshire area to cover customers in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of CNC lasers, bending, and punching machines, software, and automation
• Schedule service check-overs and organize service consumables with Admin
• Provide preventative breakdown maintenance to our contract customers
• Troubleshoot over the telephone and on-site
• Provide training for operators, maintenance, and programmers
• Assist Sales with technical support
• Manage phone calls and correspondence
• Responsible for the completion and submission of field service reports and expense reports
• Work closely with our suppliers for the customers' benefit
• Ability to generate additional revenue for the company through a bonus scheme
• Other responsibilities may be requested to assist within the team.

Travel requirements: Travel on short notice may be required. Available to work weekends and after normal working hours occasionally.
