M&A Associate Director

As the Associate Director, your role will involve overseeing and guiding the comprehensive review and implementation of major M&A transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • This will be an execution role, requiring you to manage the detailed implementation and coordination of M&A activities, including running deals independently.
  • As an Associate Director you will remain very hands-on, being supported vertically and horizontally by the wider team members where necessary.
  • Rapidly establish connections with key stakeholders, such as country teams and corporate functions across the wider business.
  • Oversee financial modeling and valuation exercises to assess the feasibility and potential impact of both existing and potential acquisitions on the company's financial performance.
  • Facilitate the handover to the integration team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive integration plans are developed and the maximum value is achieved from each acquisition while answering questions where necessary.
  • International travel when required


Requirements:

  • Immediately available
  • 7-10 years experience in a top-tier investment bank, M&A boutique, or an in-house M&A position.
  • Prior experience working on telecommunications/infrastructure/towers deals.
  • Excellent modelling and valuation capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration
