Culture Guru is recruiting a Team PA to be part of a highly professional and fast-paced Sales & Marketing team, within a well-established and prestigious property development business.



This Team PA role is the lynchpin and backbone of this Marketing department, supporting the entire department and its Director.



Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide complete organisational and administrative support, and ensure that all tasks are fulfilled efficiently and accurately - however big or small they may be.




Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;

  • Overseeing diary management and providing comprehensive administrative support for the Director
  • Offering assistance and administrative aid to the Marketing Team, serving as the primary contact point
  • Handling expense management for senior team members
  • Processing and managing invoices
  • Issuing Purchase Orders as necessary
  • Coordinating international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing intricate itineraries
  • Ordering supplies for other London-based offices
  • Gathering information and preparing documents for Management and Board Reports
  • Occasionally starting early in the morning to assist with catering for meetings
  • Arranging refreshments for meetings, including breakfasts and lunches
  • Managing the team’s schedule and holiday records
  • Providing coverage for the Main Reception desk when needed
  • Collaborating closely with the wider Business Support team
  • Performing any other reasonable tasks that may be requested

  • Proven experience in office administration supporting a team.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
