Our client is a leading social and PR agency dedicated to delivering award-winning campaigns and communications advice. They are currently on the looking to expand their social media team and seeking an Account Director with a passion for B2B social media.]


This role is perfect for a strategic and creative thinker who can manage large programmes for well-known brands, provide paid media counsel, and leverage the latest social trends to develop and present strategies. You will lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee development and delivery of client programmes, acting as the day-to-day client lead.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent counsel and understanding their sectors, audiences, and social media landscape.
  • Advise on and execute paid social strategies.
  • Lead creative idea generation, content planning, quality control, and measurement across multiple programmes.
  • Drive client growth proactively and manage commercial responsibilities.
  • Line manage and mentor junior team members, contributing to our learning and development programme.
  • Support the development of new business proposals.


Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role focusing on B2B/corporate social media.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and a strong understanding of how brands can leverage social media channels.
  • Strong eye for creativity and ability to produce compelling social content.
  • Exceptional track record in leading clients and teams, advising senior stakeholders, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels.
  • Ability to mentor and nurture the careers of colleagues.
