Strategic Account Director

-Manchester/Remote/Hybrid

-£50-60k+bonus

Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Manchester. They specialise in digital services across SEO, paid media, affiliates, programmatic and e-commerce. Their clients are in a variety of sectors including fashion, retail, e-commerce, sport and more.

Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Director to work across strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities of the Account Director role:

Own several client accounts.
Client retention management.
Onboarding of new clients.
Lead on client calls and meetings.
Grow the accounts via upsells.
Risk management.Skills needed for the Account Director role:

Full channel understanding across paid media, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, e-commerce.
Agency background.
Channel/technical expertise.
Project management skills.
Analytical experience.Agency benefits:
