Position Overview:


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving recruitment efforts, managing client relationships, and leading recruitment projects. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates while providing exceptional service to clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods to attract and engage high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing clients with insights and advice to aid their hiring decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of our client base.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a track record of successful placements and client management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.
