- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and inventory.
- Supporting an appropriate 'out of hours’ responsive reactive maintenance service covering key buildings; working in conjunction with the FM Staff to address issues that arise.
- Supervising and controling a wide range of approved contractors at an operational level; organising site visits, site access, health & safety, permits to work, work quality, and completion of service visit sheets and confirm agreed service specifications have been followed.

- Knowledge of systems such as HVAC, CAFM, Dali, BMS, and fire safety.
- Experience of working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving a range of different teams and frequent conflicting demands for support.
- Experience of working on own initiative and prioritisation of work to meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
