Are you an experienced Security OT Risk professional passionate about safeguarding critical operational technologies and assets?


Job Purpose:

  • Ensure the protection of operational technology assets and systems.
  • Provide oversight and challenge in managing security risks in line with our Cyber and OT Risk Management Policy and Framework.
  • Cultivate a risk-aware culture and promote best practices across the business.
  • Generate high-quality reports on security and OT risks.
  • Consolidate various risk metrics to deliver a unified risk view.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant risk management policies and standards.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Offer risk management guidance and oversight for OT risk queries.
  • Lead the risk management process, including identification, assessment, management, and monitoring.
  • Ensure effective production of OT risk assessments.
  • Identify and escalate emerging risks.
  • Maintain and update documentation to comply with policies and regulatory requirements, especially NIS Regulations and the CAF framework.


Knowledge, Experience, and Technical Know-How:

  • Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies with at least 4 years’ OT Risk Management experience.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security Frameworks such as NIST, CAF, and ISO27001.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, IRM, IIA, or equivalent management experience.
