Senior MEP Design Manager – To £100K + Package


This London based, property developer have a confirmed order book of commercial, residential and hotel projects stretching into 2030.


Due to growth, they are now looking for an additional Senior MEP Design Manager to join their development division in London.


They provide a full turnkey service when it comes to acquiring, developing and maintaining high profile buildings across London.


Working closely with the Commercial Director; Design Managers (For MEP, Architecture etc) MEP Supervisors and Project Managers, you’ll help redevelop a £0.5B portfolio of projects across central London.


You’ll enjoy a fast paced and diverse role, quick progression and lots of autonomy. You'll be involved in three to five key projects at any time and be responsible for ensuring they are delivered on time, scope and budget.


Please note, this is a site based or office-based role; and you will be required to attend live projects across central London. This role requires expert knowledge in MEP design, construction processes, MEP coordination and the ability to deliver complex projects within tight deadlines.


They are looking for a technically sound and commercially aware individual with at least 15 years’ experience in the built environment. The ideal individual will have seen and managed several projects through to construction; and have worked for a consultancy and a contractor; or a consultancy and a developer.
