Lead Frontend Developer

Location: London, Hybrid (2-3 days on site).

Salary: Up to £90,000


Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Lead Frontend Developer to lead a small team in delivering scalable POS solutions. If you’re a hands-on engineer with leadership experience, we’d love to hear from you.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in frontend development
  • Strong experience working with Vue.JS in their most recent roles
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Leadership Experience
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Git Actions)
  • Familiarity with HTTP REST APIs
  • Experience with performance optimisation and clean, maintainable code


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of scalable, high-quality POS frontend solutions
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle for multiple projects and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver new features
  • Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, setting clear goals and providing feedback
  • Ensure efficient project management using tools like Jira for task tracking and sprint planning
