Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Senior PPC Executive looking to take their next step in an agency environment to work as a PPC Manager.


You will be an enthusiastic, ambitious and talented individual who is passionate about both paid search and B2B marketing, looking to join a supportive & highly collaborative digital agency. This role is perfect for a current PPC Exec ready to progress their career or someone who is already a Senior PPC Executive looking to progress to higher seniority within a digital marketing team.


As part of the PPC Manager role, you’ll take ownership of paid search & media strategy and campaign delivery for the agency's most important and exciting clients.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Forming effective paid search strategies for new clients with the maximum chances of achieving paid objectives
  • Optimising the live campaigns of current clients to improve conversion metrics across both Google Ads and Paid LinkedIn
  • Taking ownership of the paid elements of the digital marketing strategy of the agency itself - having a direct impact on the lead generation for the agency and development of the long term sales pipeline
  • Producing monthly and quarterly reports for both clients and the senior leadership of the agency, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth through paid media
  • Contributing to our 12-month client marketing plans with your expert knowledge of paid media platforms - in order to add value to the long term strategy
  • Contributing to agency pitches with new and engaging ways to take advantage of paid media to grow B2B businesses


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-5 years experience of working in a paid media or PPC role, ideally in an agency environment
  • Has strong strategic knowledge of paid platforms. You will have to take a consultative approach and work with the rest of the team to provide strategic and tactical recommendations to achieve client objectives
  • Has a passion for implementing their own strategy, as our digital team both plans and delivers the work for both clients and the agency itself
  • Is a team player and thrives in a highly collaborative environment, as you’ll get to team up with our amazing client services, design, content and development teams for each client we partner with
