The company focuses on community rehabilitation and preventing hospital re-admission for those with complex needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housing Officer at the Orkis Group (our property partners) located in the Greater Ipswich Area. The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing tenancy agreements, addressing anti-social behavior, communicating with residents, and providing supportive housing to ensure the well-being of individuals under the care of the organization.
Qualifications
- Tenancy Management, and Housing Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supportive housing or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of housing regulations and policies
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Relevant certification or diploma in Housing Management or related field
Salary starts at £30,000 going up to £35,000 upon successful completion of the probation period.
