You’ll be joining at a very exciting time, as they look to grow the team and categories even further giving lots of opportunities for progression within the business - a fab springboard for your merch career. 3 days office, 2 days home.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Senior Merchandiser, you will help to run the department by:
- Tracking sales performance, inventory levels, and markdowns throughout the season, identifying trends and patterns to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Analysing previous season performance to make commercial decisions.
- Working closely with the Buying teams to successfully plan the ranges.
- Communication and collaboration with suppliers, establishing trust and transparency in negotiations.
- Forecasting demand with linecards to plan capacity.
- Supporting the Merch Admin with administrative tasks and developing their skill set.
- Providing support to Merch Admin with critical path management ensuring timely sailings and offering solutions to delays.
- Working closely with warehouse team to manage intake capacity.
- Working closely with customer service team to provide up to date information on stock availability.
