As a Motion Graphics Artist in the post production team at Wander, you'll be producing video content from pre-production to post-production. This involves working with the project management and marketing teams to plan content, create concepts/storyboard and edit for ad hoc and retained projects. You will use the Adobe suite and Blender to design and edit and animate including GFX/VFX. You will work with the production team and be involved in editing filmed footage in Premiere Pro. You will technically and creatively produce deliverables in line with the clients’ brief/needs and brand. You will work closely with all departments including the TV development and production departments.


Responsibilities

  • To plan and edit videos for clients according to brief (including Wander Films own video marketing).


  • Creative and technical input to projects at each stage whilst keeping up to date with latest production trends – keeping our content current and fresh.


  • To design graphics and create GFX/motion graphics and animation for Wander and clients based on the needs of the brief/brand.


  • Use various industry techniques to create GFX for TV and Digital.


  • VFX and compositing for a range of projects.


  • Work both independently and as a team to pitch ideas, work on pre-production & post production.


  • Work with other departments to ensure the client receives the most from their videos/content.


  • Work with Wander Films post production equipment which is maintained and used according to instructions.


  • Have great attention to detail, working to a high standard of editing and content production.


  • To pitch ideas within the team for TV development.


  • To help keep Wander Films ahead with continuous learning & development.


  • Any other appropriate duties that are reasonable.
