Overview:

My client is a sustainable fashion brand , seeking a talented and driven Email Marketing Executive to join their thriving Ecommerce team. Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for managing their CRM campaign strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your primary focus will be to increase conversion rates and revenue by driving repeat purchases, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV) for their beautiful garments


We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience keen to secure a new role within CRM and email to accelerate your career.


You might be someone who loves to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends helping you to deliver best in class marketing campaigns using automation all the while keeping a close eye on the data or optimum decision making.


A consistent tone of voice is key as is brand identity and the overall quality look and feel that this fashion brand is known for.


What experience do you need?


Experience and Skills:


  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in a CRM position within an Ecommerce environment, preferably within a digital fashion brand or consumer product
  • Proficiency in Photoshop is preferred as is experience building email campaigns and flows using Klaviyo or similar automation tools
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Knowledge of Shopify Plus is highly desirable
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with in-depth data analysis, scrutinising results, identifying successful strategies, and discovering new opportunities.


Technical and Analytical Proficiency:

  • Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, user journey mapping, automation strategies, and personalisation tactics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments
