Legal Counsel/Lawyer

Main Responsibilities


  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and various other types of commercial agreements, including consulting agreements, intellectual property license agreements, etc.
  • Prepare, file and maintain corporate records and registrations in the various jurisdictions in which the company operates.
  • Research a variety of legal issues and provide clear, concise advice and recommendations.
  • Manage key contract dates and milestones.
  • Assist with any other duties or initiatives as designated by the Corporate Counsel from time-to-time.


Requirements


  • 2 years of relevant experience in managing legal contracts.
  • Desirable experience in image rights management or football/league enviroment
  • Negotiation skills and commercial approach.
  • Proactivity and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Being a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
