As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technological infrastructure of an organisation.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.


Key duties include:

What you'll need:


Technical Proficiency:

  • Extensive knowledge of server platforms, operating systems, networking, virtualisation, and systems management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Skills in virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to create virtual environments.

Systems Architecture and Design:

  • The ability to develop and implement scalable, reliable, and secure network infrastructures.
  • Understanding of hardware, software, and best practices in system design.
  • Foresight to plan for future growth and technological advancement.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
  • Data-driven decision-making for efficient infrastructure management.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Good communication skills for effective teamwork and project collaboration.
  • Experience in project management and giving professional presentations.
