As the Platform Content & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting our Content and Marketing teams, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and content schedules.This position supports the marketing team by crafting innovative strategies to attract new audiences and engage our existing community. Ideal for an assistant level marketer with a passion for opera, dance, theatre, or classical music, this role demands a mix of creativity, organisational prowess, and a deep enthusiasm for marketing. You will join our small, dynamic team in our central London office located in Soho.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time for promotion and playout schedules.
  • Ensure platform content and associated assets are delivered on time for release.
  • Connect departmental tasks and address any barriers to achieve content release dates.
  • Own the end-to-end journey of content and marketing assets from acquisition or production through to marketing and content playout.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of content-related metadata working with the Content Operations Manager.
  • Support third-party platform marketing deliveries, including content unlocks and promotions.
  • Assist the Content Marketing Executive with social media production, including copywriting.
  • Support the marketing team and Content Acquisitions Manager in managing the end-to-end release of show content, coordinating with relevant teams from briefing to timely upload.
  • Collaborate with the CRM agency and support the Head of Marketing on CRM campaigns, from briefing to performance reporting.
  • Write monthly PR highlights, coordinating with the content, marketing, and press agency.


Salary: £23 - £26k DOE


About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Experience of working within a Marketing Assistant role or similar.
  • Experience in content creation and execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, social media management software and basic graphic design tools.
  • Clear communicator, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Self motivator, proactive and also able to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong work ethic and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
