The basic salary for this role is between £23,000 per year and £25,500 per year dependent on experience.
What does the role look like in a bit more detail?
We match talented educators with schools and whether it’s finding the best teaching assistant to support a child with SEND, or a qualified Primary teacher that leads a classroom from the front – you’ll go home after work feeling as though you have made a difference. Everything that we do is aimed at driving a more positive and better experience of education for pupils, schools and educators in the local area.
Experience in recruitment is not necessary, but it is useful if you have had some work experience in a customer service-based environment where you’ve communicated with people and built professional rapport. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and providing good service with educators and schools in the area, whilst trying to maximise the appropriate profitability for your team, and the Supply Hive business.
We are responsible for the safe hiring and vetting of our educator workforce and therefore attention to detail is very important. We must only find work for people that are suited to working in a school-based environments. We use safer recruitment practices to ensure that we reject people that are not suitable, successfully safeguarding the children that are ultimately in our care. Each educator that we recruit might have 10-15 different vetting requirements and documents that need checking, and shortcuts are not allowed. Integrity and reputation is everything when it comes to safer recruitment in schools, and Supply Hive hold themselves to the highest standard
