Senior Ecologist Opportunity

Location: Hertford/Windsor Area

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

A people-focused, rurally based environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to lead and carry out protected species, habitat, and environment surveying and assessment across their Hertford and Windsor offices.

This hybrid role involves leading and conducting a range of ecological surveys and assessments, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisal, Environmental Impact Assessment, BNG Baseline Assessments, and habitat creation.

Requirements:

  1. Protected species licence(s)
  2. Extensive experience within Ecological Consultancy
  3. UKHAB/BNG Knowledge
  4. Excellent, demonstrable report writing skills
