A global business has a new role for a Senior Receptionist/PA to join their rapidly expanding team on a full-time permanent basis. This position offers ample career progression, hybrid working and excellent benefits.


Supporting the senior management team this role is well suited to an ambitious professional seeking a challenging new role.


This position is pivotal in the day to day running of the business and will be responsible for:


  • Providing a front of house service and delivering a positive experience to all employees, customers, and the public
  • Ordering office stationery and kitchen goods
  • Support with invoicing through Oracle
  • Liaising, supporting, and coordinating tasks across all levels of the team
  • Performing ad hoc administration duties for the CEO and Senior Leadership team


The successful candidate:


  • Excellent communication skills committed to delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) effectively and efficiently.
