Role Description

This is a full-time, office based role for a Senior Cost Consultant / Employer's Agent based at our Dartford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial management, contract administration and some project management, to deliver a high-quality services to our clients. This role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and the in-house team to ensure successful project delivery. Although office based, you will be required to visit projects, which are predominantly located in London and the South East.


Experience Required

  • Commercial Management of projects
  • Some Project Management experience
  • Some experience in performing the role of Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MRICS desired but not a necessity
  • Experience of project ranging in value from £1m to £20m.
  • Experience in following sectors preferred, Residential, Commercial, and Leisure.
