We are working with a market leading insurance company to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with a track record implementing change. The selected individual will be part of a team responsible for delivering a range of innovative and transformational programmes and projects across Finance.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering the programme of change to drive the finance vision, ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are documented in conjunction with key business stakeholders.
- Being involved in shaping/pre-inception work and assessing the initial impact of new initiatives/projects.
- Constructively challenge and support finance projects through the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience working as a business analyst for an insurance company on finance projects.
- Comfortable with facilitating meetings and liaising with stakeholders
- Negotiating and influencing skills to challenge and drive the necessary changes
- A strong understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
