In recent years the firm has grown significantly across London and the South East and is now looking to expand with the addition of a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a mix of residential property and commercial property matters in their Brighton office.


The Firm and Role

  • The practice now stands at over 50 Partners and some 150 fee earners. They are multi-award winning and have a working culture which truly harnesses career growth and development.   • The practice deals with such a wide variety of clients, ranging from technology SMEs, right up to multinational FTSE 250, household names.
  • The firm has a strong reputation for real estate, dealing with local, regional and national estate agents. Due to the firm’s reputation outside of the city, they offer the highest quality level of work to regional fee-earners.
  • You will deal with your own caseload of a mix of residential and commercial property including freehold/lease extensions, landlord and tenant transactional work, acting for both landlords and tenants, commercial and residential property purchases, disposals and lease renewals, property aspects of corporate transactions and general property support to the corporate department and residential property sales.


The Ideal Candidate


  • You must be a qualified Property Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (both commercial and residential property experience)
  • Knowledge of property legislation, including landlord and tenant and relevant case law.
  • Be client focused with the ability to work in a team
  • Be career minded and have excellent communication skills
