What do Senior Creatives at BWP do:

Our Senior Creatives use their creative thinking and ideation skills to create and develop campaigns that demonstrate a real understanding of what is seen as important to the client. This includes:

  • Taking client briefs; interpreting, questioning and following them; then delivering creatives that accurately and precisely deliver the requirements.
  • Delivering concepts that are original, creative, ‘clever’ and executed to the highest standard.
  • Collaborating with other members of the studio team to deliver creative projects through from conception to delivery.
  • Working with the Creative Director to review all final creative work before submission to the client to ensure it meets both the client requirements and the standards expected by BWP.
  • Liaising with clients and taking the lead at client presentations.
  • Leading and directing junior members of the studio team when necessary.


What do I need to showcase in my CV and portfolio to stand out?


We're looking for a multi-skilled creative/designer with at least 5 years’ experience. Ideally, this will have been in a creative/integrated marketing agency working with retail and leisure brands. Though freelance and internal studio team experience in a similarly fast-paced environment would also be considered.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a portfolio that showcases a) your creativity, imagination and ideation skills and b) how you bring creative ideas to life across a broad range of design disciplines.
