Salary: £55,000


Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business strategic initiatives forward. You'll lead complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee and deliver high-impact change projects that contribute to the business growth and success.
  • Project Management Excellence: Implement robust project management frameworks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on project planning, scoping, scheduling, and change management.
  • Technology Collaboration: Partner with technology teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support.
  • Transparent Communication: Provide regular and transparent updates on project progress to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills and capabilities.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive experience in project management, ideally within a highly regulated industry such as Financial Services, Insurance, Professional Services, Energy/Utilities to name a few.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver complex projects and drive operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change, particularly in the context of business transformation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in business management, technology, or a related field. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum, or Agile Project Management are a plus.
