Role Description

This is a full-time Lead Project Manager role at Health Call Solutions. The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a hybrid role, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne with flexibility for some remote work.


Working closing with our product and live service teams it will be vital that you are able to build high quality relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we deliver with quality.

You will be commercially minded and comfortable managing projects to contract.


Key Responsibilities


1. Leading on the project planning of implementation projects.

2. Driving best practice in project delivery and oversight of project status, RAID and budget management.

3. Key point of contact for Trusts when implementing the rollout of new products.

4. Driving best practice in status reporting and overarching governance.

5. Working alongside our contracts manager to ensure contracts are delivered within the correct scope, timescales and budget

6. Collaborating with the product and engineering teams on delivering and coordinating product change.


Key results/objectives

  1. Create and maintain projects plans
  2. Create and maintain project RAID logs
  3. Create and maintain project budgets
  4. Create and maintain project status reporting
  5. Chair status meetings both external and internal
  6. Build great relationships with Trusts in which we partner with
  7. Deliver projects to budget and contract
  8. Continuous improvement of project management practice


Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and leading teams
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of expediting and logistics management
  • Experience in project inspection and quality control
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
