Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Oversee project and programme management activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal preparations.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering growth and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • D365 F&O (including AX2012): Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Project/Programme Management: Minimum 5 years of proven experience.
  • Presentation/Communication: Excellent skills, confident and comfortable in customer-facing situations.
  • Man Management: Demonstrated ability to build and develop teams effectively.


Preferable Skills and Experience:

  • Manufacturing/MRP Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • General ERP (other vendors): Familiarity with various ERP systems.
  • Pre Sales: Experience in pre-sales activities, including client engagement and proposal development.
  • D365 CE (including MS CRM): Knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with MS Solution Partners: Previous experience working for a Microsoft Solution Partner.
